We recently engaged Breckon Builders to carry out remedial works and the construction of a large deck around the living area on our relocatable home. Sean and the team were very friendly and knowledgeable, offering their expert advice helping us to achieve the most we could out of the space, giving us confidence that they knew what they were doing and were going to execute the plan we had in mind to high-quality. Communication was exceptional throughout the whole process, there was never any confusion, any questions were answered with clarity and the team completed the work at fast pace, on-time and on budget! We have engaged Breckon Builder on several building projects on our property. Ranging from an extension on our 1920s bungalow to a 3-bay commercial shed extension as well as a full renovation on our rental property. In 2018 Sean Breckon of Breckon builders built my home in Coopers Beach. Right from the outset I found him very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Every aspect was covered from pricing to materials and a time schedule laid out from start to finish which proved to be very close to the actual build time. The quality of workmanship was second to none and two years on i have still not found any aspect of the build I am not completely satisfied with. Of particular importance was his organisational skills in pre booking and dealing with subcontractors which made for the job to flow from start to finish. He was also very good at dealing with the council and was very aware of their requirements. I would highly recommend Sean as a builder for anybody wanting a totally professional job done.
