While the design appeared simple, every corner of the home was unique, demanding precision and problem-solving—especially in transitioning between materials and managing flashings. Built on a semi-steep site with a 2-metre cut and fill at the rear, the project came with challenges we were well equipped to handle thanks to our Northland building expertise.
