Coastal House Construction at Coopers Beach

Breckon Builders had the privilege of delivering this stunning custom home overlooking Coopers Beach—complete with sweeping sea views and a standout 30m² pine deck. A key structural feature was the placement of two 8-metre poles, supporting both the expansive deck and roof trusses above. Precision was crucial, and our team ensured everything aligned perfectly—despite the sloping site and challenging positioning—thanks to expert planning and execution.

Built over just three months, this project was made even more enjoyable by the client’s hands-on involvement. We love working alongside homeowners who share our passion for great design and quality craftsmanship. Their input helped the build flow smoothly and added a truly personal touch to the final result.

In 2018 Sean Breckon of Breckon Builders built my home in Coopers Beach. Right from the outset I found him very easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Every aspect was covered from pricing to materials and a time schedule was laid out from start to finish which proved to be very close to the actual build time. The quality of workmanship was second to none and two years on still have not found any aspect of the build I am not completely satisfied with. Of particular importance was his organisational skills and pre-booking and dealing with the contractors which made for the job to flow from start to finish. He was also very good at dealing with the Council and was very aware of their requirements. I would highly recommend Sean as a builder for anyone wanting a professional job done.
